Technology Support Agreement

Technology Support Agreements are useful to those organizations that do not have the time to or knowledge of installations of new technology or those who can not afford to support an internal technology staff. We offer two types of Technology Support agreements, including monthly contracts and blocks of hours. Weekly Server and Workstation software updates, priority support status. These options are useful to those organizations that do not have the understanding of new technology or those who can not afford to support an internal technology staff. Support Agreements provide a measure of security and significant cost savings. The Support Agreement is not to be confused with having an internal technology staff.

There are two (2) types of Technology Support agreements:

Monthly – a 12 month contract consisting of a select number of hours a month. Benefits include:

Maintenance agreement is     Formula: (p/h=Per Hour)

2 Hours per week  $115 p/h

4 Hours Per week $90 p/h

6 Hours Per week  $45 p/h

Priority support status is $800 Per month. 

Travel Fees will be added per Visit in excess to 2 per week.

Receive a regularly scheduled monthly maintenance visit.

Reduced hourly fee

Monthly Priority Support.

Priority Support means that we respond within 24 hours or sooner. This support status overrides Block Hour customers. which means we will leave a Block Hour customer to assist a Priority Support customer.

What we Do.

Server and Work Station updates, Installation of new hardware, Printers, Computers, Equipment Moving, Hardware Replacement, Upgrades, software installation, network configuration, New Ethernet wiring RJ45, Wi-Fi setup, Server user Add/Remove, Server Setup, Technology Purchase Consulting, Virus Removal, Website Support, VPN Port forward Support, Website Building, online payment support , Phone system support.

8-5pm Normal Rate is  1x p/h

24/7 After hours Rate is 2x p/h

24/7 Weekend and holiday Rate is 3x p/h

Travel Fees will be added per Visit in excess to 2 per week.

Block of Hours – organizations choosing this option experience a lower rate than As-needed IT Support, the Block Hour Support is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and do not get the regular monthly maintenance visit.

The more hours that are purchased the less the cost is per hour to a Min of $45 per hour.

Formula: (p/h=Per Hour)

Block hours can be purchased at a min of 80 Hours.

The 80 Hour Block is Priced at $115 p/h

The 160 Hour Block is Priced at $90 p/h

The 320 Hour Block is Priced at $45 P/h
